How do you work with me?

We want to keep this as simple as possible. The basic process is that you provide me with the information in the Requesting Services form and I will get back to you with a proposal of what data can be provided and the associated cost.

Ideas of costs can be found in the Fee Schedule which describes the available packages and options:

Basic Package: 3 Generations
Plus Package: 4 or More Generations
Custom Package: Based on specific request

Payment and Refund Policy

For payment, I accept PayPal. This allows you to pay through a secure process either with your own PayPal account or your credit card. Please note, that you do not need a PayPal account to process your credit card securely. No account information is ever passed to me using this method.

Payment is required prior to sending the finished product, but you will be given a summary of what was compiled before payment is made. A summary of items can include number of names, reports, charts, scanned documents and photographs. Information is provided "as-is" and when it is provided, it cannot be returned.

All products produced for clients are for their personal use and may not be re-distributed, sold or given away without written permission from Pacentrogenealogy.com. Use of information compiled by Mary Ann Dailey and included in your family genealogy research should be acknowledged using the following citation format:

To assist in determining your needs, please select from the following statements that best describes what you are looking for:

I am only interested in a chart with my direct ancestors (i.e., all grandparents as far back as possible)
I am interested in finding information on at least 3 – 5 generations of ancestors including aunts, uncles and cousins
I am interested in finding more extensive information that includes ancestors, their occupations, street address, and other information, if available

Please provide Information about your parents and ancestors. This includes first, middle [if known], and last names. USE ONLY MAIDEN NAMES FOR ALL MATERNAL RELATIVES. Provide as many names as possible, even if you only know the first name of female ancestors and their approximate dates of birth:
